Planking @ Sarawak.

Look at the rivers! Soooo breathtaking! Yeah, we're at Sarawak!!
Booked the flights to kuching since it's only RM59 for a round trip. Thanks @Airasia!
Also i planned this trip so i can has little time spent with dad & mum before i leave to terengganu, another ulu place. Fuck yeah.

Hello kuching! *mieowww*

"you know what? you driving skill sucks."  *shut up bitch*

Took a cab to Singgahsana Lodge, our guesthouse.
The building doesn't look impressive from the outside, but...
it was OMG inside.

Beautiful right?!
i love the way they decorate the place with the matching lightings, antiques, artifacts and pictures. something that you will 'WOW' at the moment you step inside the guesthouse.
okay, sister found it online. So credit to her!
Check it up! it's definitely an ideal budget hostel for backpackers.

They provide books in case you get bored in Kuching which is very useful coz you do need them shortly. -____-

There's a famous waterfront in kuching. It's just a few minutes walking distance (forgot how many minutes exactly wtf) from our hostel so yeah!

You can ride the boat across the river to another side and it costs only 50cent each person. Cheap right? Can ride the boat thousand times until you got dizzy and throw up all the kolo mee to the river. @.@

HAPPY!

We kinda experienced the evolution in kuching, as in the reverse direction.
FROM HERE WE TOOK OFF...

TO HERE.
Such a big difference hor?
We took a stroll around the kampung area and found many kek lapis shops. And we assumed this is the most famous one!

There was a huge crowd inside the house. First we thought it must be their delicious kek lapis that brings their good business.
But noooo...
Testing session

So generous! i guess this is one of the reason that makes them well-known wtf. Dad and i tried a lot and left without buying a single piece lol. Buey paiseh 父女. XD
Nana saloon. Cantik, kemas dan bergaya.

Whose faces are funnier?

Went to the Main Bazaar which is near to the waterfront. Place where you can get souvenirs.
Unabashedly to admit that, i didn't buy anything for friends la, coz the souvenirs here are all the same like what we see at Jonker street, Pinang and even danga bay. *finding excuses lol*
True lah, i guess they all deal with the damn same supplier. -___-

Such as black pepper.

Yeappy dinner time!

Keuy zhap in kuching.
Back to our hostel. We had some alcohol at the bar in our hostel before going to bed. Alcoholic family hah!

Next day we have our breakfast at the same bar again.
But with hot coffee and toasts. =)

At tua pek gong temple.

Moving to museum Sarawak!
Several museums were built together.
The muzium etnologi is the most stunning one. i can't believe i actually enjoyed myself inside.

The place are well-maintained so i decided to do...
my first planking on the cannon. =D

and second with sister!
Vain pic of the day.

Ahhh feel like having picnic with sistas again!

Then we headed to cultural village.
Each of us got a green passport that cost RM55.

By fifty-five bucks you can watch a perfomance that last for 45 minutes, with all the same people dancing 6 or 7 different orang asli trandisional tarian.
Or simply enjoy sleeping in air-conditioned hall, like what my dad almost did. i remember it was a hot ass day.

Look they're doing the bamboo dance!

After the show, you can visit all kinds of orang asli's houses. There are totally seven of them if i'm not mistaken.
Orang bidayuh's bamboo bridge.
i was walking on the bridge very cautiously and slowly to a certain speed that i caused a sibeh long queue behind me. WHY THE HELL WAS I THE FIRST ONE to walk the stupid frightening bridge?
And very obvious it's not scary at all to others.

when i reached the end i quickly disappeared myself. T_______T
Nah if you are ever interested.
i was suddenly reminded of zaman paleolitik neolitik mesolitik and all the shits we learned in history class. Man i'm so glad it's over.

So high!!! This should be tallhouse not longhouse i think.
Attempt of planking in front of longhouse FAILED.

Touristic picture.

Woman frying kuih penyaram. Hmm, guess it's local food of orang asli.

Chinese also got house here. @.@
Okay that calls a 55 bucks.
Bought vivi august. awesome!!

This is the sunday market at kuching. it comes alive every weekend from saturday afternoon until sunday afternoon, without stopping. Even at midnight!

Dad acting cool.

After long day walking, we have the foot massage!
Mummy slumped, exhausted, onto the sofa. XD

Me being massaged while reading vivi. what life can be better than this?!

Next morning!

We finally found the best kolo mee (in our opinions) in kuching. *teary eyes*

and this sarawak laksa is superb too!

After the yummy breakfast, we headed to semenggoh wildlife centre. The place i've anticipated the most!
Coz ORANG UTANS are here!!

Deng deng! Fabulous introduction hahahh!

We've heard that these orang utans are not guaranteed to be seen. The feeding time is at 9am and 3 pm everyday. But sometimes they get their food inside the forest and decide not to entertain the visitors.
So there's a chance you would be seeing nothing after paying RM3 and spending almost an hour to get there.

So many angmoh fly all the way just to see the orang utans!

Look at the upper one.

Cute! this is the attention-seeking one!

waiting for more orang utans to come out.

i accidentally caught this boy almost stumbled.

Then we went to the Annah Rais longhouse.
The place is still lived by orang bidayuh despite the visit of travelers everyday.  i wonder how the residents can adapt the life of seeing people intrude their houses without feeling disturbed.

We're welcomed with some kind of rice wine. Owh awful.

hi i'm the intruder.

walking on bridge again. Damn Bridge!

However, the residents here are very shy. They seldom allow you to take photograph of them.

Next destination: Uncle Jong's crocodile farm.
At first i thought it must be boring place to go coz it's just a crocodile farms.
But this is so worth to go i swear! it's unlike the normal zoo that we used to see four or five dying crocodiles in the cage, there are hundreds of them at here.

Crocodile queen! XDDD

one lurking in the water.

camwhored with the alligators. XD

four of us~

Lastly,
must prank on crocodile HHAHHAHA!

Ps: Who wants pepper candy please come to my house and take. XD
